Skykon Towers in Give has continuously invested in building up the most modern, productive and flexible collections of machines possible. Our experienced production and quality assurance staff constantly have their fingers on the pulse, and make active contributions through working closely with both customers and technology suppliers with a view to optimising existing processes and methods and developing new ones.

Today, our production department is distinguished by a high level of automation and by the fact that the people who operate the machines are among the most experienced and highly skilled in the industry. At the same time, we run a very flexible organisation and this also helps to ensure the greatest possible flexibility and a finely developed sense of responsibility among individual employees.

Focus on quality

We focus unswervingly on quality. This is reflected, for example, in our introduction of leading management tools such as Lean and Six Sigma into our production department. We also use an advanced ERP system, which further contributes to ensuring flexible and efficient operation while simultaneously allowing us to supply all the necessary KPIs on an ongoing basis.

In addition to making strategic use of ERP and management tools for the continuous improvement of quality, Skykon Towers in Give is quality certified in accordance with the following European standards: DIN, ISO, DS and Eurocode.
